How many days in advance can I pre - book an upcoming/ yet to be launched product?
Pre-booking opens before product get launched in the market that
means you can book latest and upcoming products in advance on eStore and can be
among the first few users. Time available for pre-book may vary from product – to
How much amount I have to pay in order to pre-book a product?
Pre-booking amount may vary from product –to- product. Pre-booking amount can be
full or a part of final price. It will be mentioned on the product page of the particular
product. In case of partial booking amount, it will be adjusted in the final price
of the product, when the product is launched. COD is not available for pre-book.
When will I receive the pre-booked product?
We put our best to dispatch the pre-booked products within 10 – 15 working days
from the date pre-booking opens. However in some circumstances, there may be delays
that will be communicated to you if any. Please note that fulfillment of orders
will be on a first come-first serve basis subject to the availability of stock.
How do I cancel a pre-booked order?
A pre-booked order can’t be cancelled by the customer, once placed.
Cancellations by eStore
We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that
there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons
include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors
in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit
and fraud avoidance department. Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if
your order is cancelled. In case of any order cancellation, Savex will be liable
to return only the principal amount that Savex has received from the customer.
